Most international orders will be shipped via
EMS service,
the
online tracking number will be emailed to you when your
parcels are sent.
The EMS online tracking website is:

The
shipment may also be
UPS, FedEx or Air parcel
etc.
After receiving your payment, we'll ship the items out in 1-3
days. The shipping time is 5-7 business days by EMS. If items are not in stock, we will notify
you and hold the order until we can send the complete order
as one shipment. Please check the individual product page
for each item to find out if it's currently in stock

Customs. If
your order is unfortunately seized and held by customs we will
reship to you as per our reship policy. If you have not received
your order within 28 days of the shipping date we promise to
reship. Please contact us within 28
days and we will organize the reship at our expense.

Warranty & Return

lzsaler.net provides Full 14-Days Product Warranty
to both Consumers and Resellers. If you receive a faulty product
from us regardless of whether it due to rough delivery handling
or manufacturing fault, we will replace it for you absolutely
FREE.
You only need to send the product back to us within 14-days and
we will reship a replacement to you.
Please e-mail us for : 1.Your full name and address 2.The tracking
number of your order. 3.The
date the order was received. 4.The list of designer handbag(s) or jewelry to be exchanged. 5.The
reason why your knockoffs are being returned. When there is no quality issue, the return shipping fee would be at your charge and you would be applied a USD
20 repacking fee per item.
For returns for defective reasons, please kindly send us pictures of the spotted defects to allow us to validate the fact it is a defective product. Once we have validated that it is a defective item, we will provide you with a shipping address to return the products. Please kindly note that shipping fee would be at your charge. A compensation will be offered for those shipping costs.
