Exchanges Policy
We allow you to apply the
products exchange when you find the products have quality problems or
not the style you order in 3 days after you have received parcel.
Please include the information in your email:
1.The tracking
number of your order;
2.
The reasons
why you want to exchange the handbags.
Please note that all the items must be returned new and unused within 8
business days of receipt for exchange.
In order to exchange the
items you will need to ship the items back on your expense with a
courier and provide a valid tracking number.
It is the buyer's responsibility to make sure that no
items gets damaged during shipping and that all the original
tags are still attached.
